(Beijing, November 18)  In the 69kg preliminaries of the 2007 International Boxing Invitational Tournament held this evening, Beijing's Adili lost to England's Ogogo Anthony 25-13 due to poor physical ability.

In this last match in the 69kg preliminaries, Adili trailed 3-5 in the first round but came from behind to lead 13-12 in the second. In the following two rounds, however, Adili obviously lacked staying power and had to concede the match 13-25 to his English opponent.

"I've just come back from another tournament and, what's more, I began to reduce my weight two days ago," Adili said with regret.

Ogogo Anthony was satisfied with his own performance today. As his coach said, "He is only 19. The result of the competition was not so important. What was important was that he had got a very good opportunity to test his ability."
