(Beijing, November 19) The 60kg quarterfinals of the "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 International Boxing Tournament were contested at the Beijing Workers' Indoor Arena on November 19, the third day of the tournament. As a result, four boxers, one each from Russia, Kazakhstan, South Africa and USA advanced to the semifinals.

Following were results of the four matches in the quarterfinals in the 60kg category:

A. Maxim Ighatev (RUS) bt Joegin Ladon (PHI), 33-19

B. Senk Yeleuov (KAZ) bt Okan Ayvaz(TUR), 24-8

C. Owethu Mbira(RSA) bt Li Sijia (CHN), 18-15

D. Ali Sadam (USA) bt Francisco Vargas (MEX), 29-22.

The 60kg semifinals will be held on November 21.
