(Beijing, November 22) Dmitry Ivanov of Russia beat Kanat Orakbayev of Kazakhstan to win the 69kg final of the "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 International Boxing Invitational Tournament today at the Beijing Workers' Indoor Arena.

The first round was a seesaw with Ivanov finally leading with 5-4. In the second round the two equalized with 8-8 before Ivanov controlled the situation with 14-9.

Entering the third round, Ivanov maintained his superiority by leading 24-14. The fourth round was a one-sided match with Ivanov easily claiming the title 34-15.

Kanat Orakbayev took the silver medal, while Singh Dilbag of India and Jaoid Chiguer of France shared the bronze medals.
