Following free transport services will be provided for the accredited media.

Arrival/Departure 

The Arrvial/Depature service is available for the accredited media staying in the Media Hotels.
Within the 3 days before the Opening Ceremony, transfer from the Airport to the Media Hotels.
Within the 2 days after the Closing Ceremony, transfer from the Media Hotels to the Airport.
To book the Arrival/Departure services, please download the Arrival & Departure Form and return it at latest 2 weeks before the competition by email or fax.

Shuttles between the Media hotels and the competition venues
During the competition, the media hotels and the competition venues will be connected by the shuttle buses. For the bus schedule, please refer to the Media Help Desk for more information.

Application for the Parking Permit

Some parking spaces close to the venues are reserved for the accredited media. To apply for parking permit, please fill in the Media Parking Permit Application Form.

Please return the form by email to the head of Media Operations team separately as follows. Due to the limitation of the parking spaces, submission of your request doesn’t guarantee that you will receive Parking Permit.

Media Help Desk in the Media Hotel
Media Transport information including the Arrvial/Depature and the schedule of the media shuttles will be available at the Media Help Desk at the lobby of the media hotels.
